I had the BEST Saturday!
The morning was spent at the pool where I watched Amber as she officially judged her first synchro meet.
It was worth getting up early!!
By 7:00 I had baked 2 dozen muffins for the hospitality table.
That's for the coaches and judges.
For 11 years Amber was a Pirouette of Texas....... like this swimmer.......
doing figures before a panel of judges.
THIS day was different because SHE is now a judge!!
I must have blinked! Seems like last year I was a team mom and we were flying out to California or Florida or somewhere to compete.
I sat behind her as she judged today and wondered where all those years had gone!
She has the most beautiful hair I've ever seen!!
I think Logan got her 'good hair' gene.
Synchro in the morning......crafts in the afternoon!
My good friend, Brenda, and I drove to Rowlett for a Craft Day hosted by Summer and Sabrina.
I have blinked more than once!!!
My first born baby girl is now 50 years old!!!
HOW did THAT happen??
Little Raynie had a playmate today.
Wish I had taken pictures of her castle bed!!
Summer's Easter Rabbit!!
This is the night light I made!
Brenda made the one on the left, then mine, and then Sabrina's.
They all turned out so pretty!!
This one is Linda Beth's and it is gorgeous!!
Summer posing with the Easter wreath she crafted earlier this season!
I hope this girl never grows up!
I can't tell you how much fun she is!
Love the way the night light looks in the bedroom.
Speaking of bedroom.......I got up early this morning!
6:08 to be exact!!
I think it's time for bed!

I love all the photos & that great glass brick light! I hope Summer never grows up either......she is the life of a party:)
Linda, could you bottle some of your energy and send it to me.LOL There will never be any moss under LD's or your feet. No way. I almost cried when you said you must have blinked...I know exactly what you mean and how it feels. The time went too fast. Your summer stuck her face in her wreath just like my g.daughter Emma did this week. Funny. Blessings for a wonderful Sunday, xoxo,Susie
Sounds like a super Saturday!
More of your lovely family. What a great day with your girls and your friends. Amber is beautiful and how great that she is not judging what she use to be judge for. Wow.
And Summer...another beautiful daughter and her sparkle just jumps off the screen and into my heart. Our oldest daughter is was 53 in a week ago. You are so right about the "blink"...they were babies, now they are middle age.. Yikes...I don't feel that old...and Linda you don't look or act old enough to have a daughter 50. Have a good Sunday!
Are all the muffins gone?
In my first paragraph I meant to say "She is NOW judging...!!
What a marvelous Saturday you were having while I slaved away at work. LOL. You are right about blinking and your little ones are grown. I was 16 when my youngest brother was born and now he's in his 40s. Huh? Where's the little baby I used to hold, give a bottle to and play with?
I love the night lights. All of them. How pretty! And Summer's wreath is beautiful.
You had a great day! With your beautiful girls!
Linda, the first think I thought of when I saw those muffins was TEAM MOM! You were on my morning baking schedule today! Wasn't it fun to be back at the pool? I hope God keeps me alive to see Jay coach his first Little League game.
It looks like Summer's craft day was a huge success! The night lights turned out darling. The bedroom was the perfect place for your pretty "C"!
Sweet dreams!

I didn't realize that Amber used to do Synchro swimming. How neat! I love the glass block nightlights y'all made. Very unique and pretty.
Another awesome day partly because you got to spend it with your girls!
Isn't it amazing how fast time goes? You are blessed to have so much time with your children. You all are STILL making memories they will never forget.
I swear, I don't know how Amber does it all. She's seriously a Super Woman! Oh and your right, she does have incredible hair :)
Love the night light you made. Such a cute craft & such a cute picture of Summer. In every picture you post of her she looks so happy and full of life :)
Time sure does pass quickly. My baby should still be in at least high school not getting ready to graduate with her 3 degree. I think she's done. At least for a while.
Love the wreath that Sabrina made. It's really cute. You guys are so crafty
