Sweet SWEET Sunday!

It was a sweet, SWEET Sunday in Quadville today!
We went over first thing after our morning coffee to help out with a photo shoot.
Taking pics of four babies going in different directions is not as easy as you think!
The morning flew by and then it was lunch and naps!
A&M went to visit a good friend in the hospital.
His name is Stephen and he is in the critical care unit on a ventilator.
While the babies napped - so did I! (LD watched football and napped in the recliner!)
The photo shoot must have worn all of us out because the babies slept an hour longer than usual!

We all joined Granddad in the living room after we woke up!
He was watching football so we decided to stay in there with him!

The channel may have been changed a few times!
This room isn't as child proof as their play room but they enjoyed being in here.

This is also the room where the piano lives!

They do love to play music!!

And we love to watch them!

I carried the LARGE tub of cookies in there and a bottle of water to refill their cup.
Snacks DONE! Easy Peasy!

It was a busy happy afternoon!

Watching them is more entertaining than TV any day!

It's hard to leave......

but we'll be back soon!

We came home and was greeted with the lovely aroma of 13 Bean Soup that I had left simmering in the crock pot since morning. I baked a pan of homemade cornbread - the kind that has a third cup of sugar in it.
Thus I used our new oven for the very FIRST time!!
More football on TV rounded out our day.
I think Fall Sundays are the BEST!!

Oh my your babies are so adorable. We are so blessed to be grandparents! Most of ours are all grown up, but we do have one new one Tristan, 4 mo. and to Great Grandsons, 6 and 4.
Your bean soup sounds great, and I love sweet cornbread. Must be fun using your new oven.

Love Kailey's "wings". So cute. And the other three aren't so bad either. How fortunate you are to be able to spend time with the four cutest toddlers around. I was going to say babies, but they really aren't anymore, are they?

Thank you SO much for stopping by and leaving me such a nice comment...and YES, it is so nice when someone goes out of their way to not just fix something, but to be so nice and kind when they do it. I think taking the fellow that helped you some cookies is so thoughtful. He is going to be SO surprised! :)

Those babies are absolutely gorgeous! Every single one of them is adorable! I can tell how proud you are of them... :)
All of my little grands are grown..and having little ones of their own..and it's hard for me to believe..
Seems just yesterday they were toddling ... :)
Enjoy every single moment!
Hugs,
Mona

Thank you so much for your kind wishes, Linda, which mean a lot to me. I have been following your quad adventures but with little time to leave comments, but be assured I am always interested to see what my namesake is up to.
Wishing you a good week.

Sweetness all around and even in the cornbread! I'm shocked! Love seeing Logan's curls...I think Logan, but I could be wrong! And I love Harrison's seeing his reflection in the gleaming wood. So cute!

Oh what a Sunday you had, Kailey's smile and Harrison looking at his reflection, and the loving Grandpa got when it was time to leave, and everything in-between is beyond wonderfully sweet:)
Thanks for sharing

Linda, You and LD are a blessing to Amber, Mike and those sweet babies. When you said you put sugar in your cornbread...I would do that too and my mom called it johnny cake, because of the sugar. xoxo,Susie
