How Do You Spell Relief???

Wilson Classic Plumbing!!!

After 53 hours of bathroom plumbing problems and after Louis Dean had done everything HE knew how to do - I did the ONE thing I knew how to do! Call my sister!
Deanie and Charlie are the owners of Wilson Classic Plumbing!
Within ONE HOUR help was on the way!
Talk about CLASSIC plumbers! They ARE!!!

Now that I had bathroom facilities I moved forward in my day to sewing on Logan's quilt.
I found the perfect chambray sheet to use for the backing!

Next on my to do list - the side deck.
We have not been home to deal with the fall/winter debris so it was clean up - big time!!

The side deck (lower section) is all ready for some flowering plants!
Fall leaves and debris are now GONE!!!
New fence in the planning stage!

This is to the left of the kitchen French doors.
Flowers coming soon.......

This is to the right.
Upper deck is on the calendar for tomorrow afternoon.
The Asian Jasmine are growing up through the deck!

Louis Dean and I sat out on the driveway tonight and heard the cheep  of baby bird sounds coming from this feeder. Earlier (before I got out there) Louis Dean saw and heard a song bird singing from the top of a tree across the street. A hawk swooped down and ended that song. Sometimes the food chain is just sad!

Our day is done.
We sat out and had our evening wine.
Louis Dean is turning the water off. It's that time of year again where we water our lawns/flowers before going to bed.
There's a billboard around here that says, " I don't drink before 6:00." signed - your lawn.

Thank you, Deanie and Charlie!!!
I am going to bed with a thankful heart that I am NOT camping out tonight!!

So glad you got your plumbing fixed. That makes life SO much easier.

Logan's quilt is beautiful. Just one more to go.

Any time you get tired of your yard work, just head over here and help me with mine. My yard is terribly overgrown but I just never have the time to get to it. Yours is looking great.

Linda, I admit I am emotional. I am NOT asking anything. Just as a motherless person as I am JUST willing to share

Sometimes, our 'jack of all trades' has to 'throw in the towel' and holler Uncle. -giggles-

Hooray for relief!

You still get so much done, even with obstacles in the way. :-)

The quilt is so beautiful!

That's fantastic you have plumbers in your family and they showed up so quickly. LD must be relieved to not have to continue the battle with the plumbing!

The outdoor work, tis the season! Have fun with planting, I love this time of year... finally we can add some color into our world! :-)

So glad that that difficulty is resolved. We are having a few plumbing issues and I'm sure that it involves tree roots. My method of dealing with it is denial. How terrific to have plumbers in the family! They'd be right up there with doctors, nurses, and lawyers. ☺

The quilt is darling. I love how you've made each one unique yet with the theme of a jeans quilt. It makes them all the more special. One to go!

That many hours spent on plumbing! So frustrating and glad you got it all fixed up so life can get back to normal. What is "normal" for you is just incredible!
I saw that food chain thing happen a few weeks ago. It made me very sad and all I could think of was I hope the little bird died quickly.

Linda, There never seems to be a shortage of chores, does there? You'll have your place shining in no time, the way and LD work. I have gotten all the flowerbeds cleaned and ready...waiting on the purchase of more flowers. Love the little quilt. xoxo,Susie

Congrat's on having your plumbing restored - we take those things for granted, don't we?! I always enjoy hearing about you and LD as you enjoy your evening wine.
