A Lavender TEA sort of Saturday.....

We got up earlier than we usually do.....we are NOT morning people....in order to accomplish some things outside while there was still shade on the side deck and the temps were tolerable!

The Lavender Tea absolutely HIT THE SPOT when we slowed down for a little break!

Louis Dean worked harder than I did and I was dripping wet in this Texas heat! Do you notice that he is sitting in his OLD chair??? How WRONG is that? There is his brand new WHITE one sitting there looking pretty.....and he goes over to the patio by our back bedroom door (where I have created a little sitting area which will be nice once all that SANFORD and SON JUNK that is in plain view of said area has been dealt with.....but I digress....)and hauls over his comfy 'fits my body' old chair! Bless his heart....as hard as he was working I am thinking he deserves to sit anywhere and in anything he WANTS! AND I made him a fresh glass of TEA!
