It is FINISHED!!
Our camper is finally DONE! Just a little fine tuning and she's a done deal!
We have even entertained our first guests!
These two cuties came with their mom and grand mom for a grand tour!
They were Amber's first synchronized swimming coaches and wonderful friends.
Let me show you around!
We'll start with the Boy and Girl bunks!
I think my pretty little friend likes it in there and wants to come back to spend the night!
The tiny little bathroom! Louis Dean put the door back on after I snapped this picture.
Behind the cream curtain is our pantry/hamper/appliances and such.
Staying true to my style - I leave no wall blank!
NO 'bare spots' for ME!!
Lucy is making herself right at home!
She usually snuggles under the table between the benches right at our feet when we are in there. We'll be getting some more rugs but you can rest assured Lucy will always be found lying on one. She is a classy lady!
This is our cute little cafe kitchen......
I gave Louis Dean advance warning that I would be decorating the fridge!
I used a combination of wallpaper and Modge Podge for the calendar pages.
It's looking like "Home" to ME!
A freezer goes to the left of the trash can.
The 'Master' bedroom has a full size 'bed' with a queen size mattress.....
very tiny floor space in here. That is where I think Maggie will 'live!' Only a small cat could thread her way through the tunnel!
The camper is stocked with books, dominoes, card games and CD's behind these doors.
I still have MORE pretty calendar pages to use SOMEWHERE!!
I love little lights shining in windows!
Now to the sad part of my story!
I unloaded all the pretty things from the counters, walls and cupboards storing them in tubs and containers for travel.
Things were going along just like clockwork........
until it came time to pull IN the extra room.
It didn't!
The wind had whipped up
and knocked some tree limbs onto the house.
Too many problems to deal with and still manage to leave this morning!
So.....the camper is all dressed and ready for travel just as soon as LD can get her tucked in! Well, not 'just as soon.'
He now has a week to get all the loose ends tied up because I left this morning and am already down here with the quads - and their mom and dad, of course!
I think this will be an easier week and we could use a little rest!
That being said.......I have to go check on the babies now.
We fed at 9:30, just got them all burped, changed and quiet and they will be ready to eat again at 12:30 am......and 3:30 am.......and 6:30 am.......

Oh my goodness, the baby sure has grown and is so adorable! Lucky you, x 4 too!
The camper looks phenomenal, it sure is cozy and beautiful. I love your kitchen, you're done such an amazing job with the entire camper.
Sorry to hear about the branches falling on your house, good thing LD is such a handy man, he'll have it all fixed up in no time at all.
Have a wonderful week Linda.
You just amaze me at the things you can do. The camper looks so cozy and comfortable. What a wonderful home away from home.
Sorry LD is delayed in getting there. I'm sure he will have everything under control and ready to head that way in no time. In the meantime, enjoy those babies & sleep while you can. All night feedings are tough. Trust me, I know!!!
Oh it is always something, isn't it?! The little home looks so darling. You have more sleeping space than we have in our home! I really like your sink in the corner that way...gives you more view rather than tucking it into a corner.
You look so cute with a babe in arms. Soak it up and enjoy. They're growing fast!
it really looks fantastic, all the comforts of home to take with you when you leave home, so many creative things you did here.
What a wonderful tour you gave us! Love it.
Glad to see/hear of a master bedroom, because I'd been hearing of the boy/girl bedrooms and thought.... The boy one was for him and the girl on was for you.
I do appreciate that you have a nice big bed, together. :-)
Sorry for the hitch-up in the plans. Murphy's Law and all that. ,-)
Easier week hu? Mmmmm, I kind of doubt it, with that schedule. :-))))
Gentle hugs,
"Auntie"
Them little quads are growing like weeds. Your camper is one of the coolest I have seen. I was wondering what you were going to do with all the stuff for when the campered was pulled. That stuffs goes everywhere when you tow a trailer and it is not secure. Have a great day! Sherri
Your camper is so cute! I love it. If we lived closer I'd be camping out in that girl bunk. Hope LD can fix everything and get down to Houston soon.
I love peeking in on you. What a transformation...your little camper. You would find my camper most boring...with it's bare walls and lack of decor! Blessings to you this week as you spend time with your wee grands.
Auntie sezzzzzz, Brady and Peyton are getting so big. They look so sweet there together. (I am Brady's old daycare teacher).
Linda I am sorry things didn't work out to get the camper to Houston this week. The babies are getting so big. Thanks for updating us.
Your camper looks so cute and cozy, Linda! It will be a perfect place to live while you help with the quads. I hope LD will be able to bring it to Texas soon to join you.
The babies are growing so fast! Enjoy those sweet bundles of love.
I am just astonished at what you have done to that trailer! The babies! You lucky lady! Adorable.
Linda, What an adorable camper. I'd love to stay in the little girl bed too :):) Loving on those babies, aren't you? You are blessed dear Linda. xo, Susie
Your camper turned out so nice! I love all the homey touches you added to it. It looks like it's going to be a good size for you and LD. I can tell by your picture that you're already where you're supposed to be too!
Your camper is wonderful. Sorry about the delay. Looks like you have started working already. Beautiful. sandie
