Our sweet cats seem to sense when we need a little extra comfort.
Saturday afternoon Louis Dean was taking a 'cat' nap with Tabitha!
We went to church on Sunday and it felt good to BE there!
Stopped to pick up hot wings and a pizza and turned the football game on as soon as we got home.
He ate the hot wings while I had a piece of pizza and a homemade margarita!
Samantha is so pretty!
We love to watch football - no matter who wins.
I'm thinking my teams are the Chiefs and the Saints!
Louis Dean's eye appointmemt was this afternoon and he really didn't want to go - but he did!
He's such a good sport about everything!
He had the procedure done with no problem and will go back in four weeks to do the other eye.
Amber wanted to hear how her dad did at the doctor - so we made her a little video!
He's so cute!!
Most days fly by but this one has seemed longer than usual.
Not sure why.
We just came in from watering the front.
The highs are to be upper 90's both here and the ranch - so we decided to stay home and go down to the camper in the middle of next week when the highs will be in the 80's and lows in the 60's.
We are watching Quigley Down Under - I love that movie!
Hi Linda. So glad to hear that Louis Dean's eye procedure went well. I always love to catch up with you and read your very upbeat posts. Sending love to you and LD from Utah! See you again soon!

Love you!
I’m glad LD procedure went well on his eye. You’re both cheerful people, I think. That makes life easier!
ReplyDeleteI liked Quigley, have seen it a few times over the years. we have a channel on Spectrum cable called Inspire, it plays all the movies LD loves, and a lot of westerns, I thought of him when we watched a movie on it last night.
ReplyDeletecute Amber video. glad the procedure went well.
good idea to wait for cooler temps before going to your home away from home.
Always happy to hear things are going well and life is good for you.

ReplyDeleteI just love coming here and getting inspired and full of positive inspiration. Louis Dean is so charming. Glad his procedure went well. Loved hearing your giggle at LD's words.
ReplyDeleteI know you two will enjoy going to the ranch when it gets cooler. Today we are only in the 70's but by the weekend it will be back into the 90's. This is such a fickle time of year.
Take care
Sue
