Keep Babies Growing!

That's the goal......

No contractions.
While the magnesium sulfate IV accomplished the no contraction goal......
it made Amber so violently ill she couldn't eat and drink.
You have to EAT in order to 'grow' the babies.
They started the IV at 10:00 this morning and by 5:30 they had to stop it and begin to flush it out of her system.

It's been a rough day. She is still suffering from a terrible headache and nausea but is slowing coming back to the new 'normal' of just feeling awful!!!
She is now sipping a shake with protein powder ordered by the nutritionist yesterday.
Mike is here with her so she is finding comfort in him being near.
Not sure what the game plan will be tomorrow but we will find out!
Growing babies is hard work!!!

So far I have made the drive downtown and back very well.
LOVE the valet parking here.
Time to pack up and go back to Amber's house.

Good night all........

  2. Bless her heart. Is the Doctor going to at least give her a RX for the massages? I hope so as she deserves SOME pleasure out of this ordeal. Besides her muscels need it.

Praying for Amber to feel well enough to eat and drink and rest. Praying for her husband to be a strong support and I know that you and your precious hubby are on the front line, too. Blessings to all...
